The student must be able to read, speak, and understand the English language. Prior to solo a student must be at least 16 years old, have at least a Third Class Medical certificate and a Student Pilot Certificate. To graduate from this course, a student must be at least 17 years old.
The student will obtain the aeronautical skill and experience necessary to meet the requirements to be issued a Private Pilot Certificate.
The student will demonstrate through written tests, flight tests and training records that he has the necessary aeronautical skill and experience to obtain a Private Pilot certificate. Completion of this course is a prerequisite for advanced training and is not sufficient for any occupational entry-level pilot position.
